We do not offer any deposit refunds once this is made as it guarantees a spot on our calendar, which books out quick. However, we are able to change your booking date, based on availability, without any penalty if this is done at least 7 days before scheduled delivery/pick up date.
If you wish to reschedule due to other circumstances, we will require a minimum of 7 days notice before scheduled delivery/pick up date.
We are located in Melbourne, Florida and serve Brevard county and the Orlando areas
Our pricing on custom items is based on the amount of detail you want to include.
On non-custom items, pricing is based on amount purchased.
*If orders are made with less than 2 weeks of anticipation, a rush fee is included depending on the amount purchased.
If requested and/or cutter is too specific to your event, we are able to sell them for an additional fee.
All cookie cutters are 3D printed using premium food safe PLA.
Yes, we custom design and 3D print all our cookie cutters, embossers, and debossers using premium food safe PLA. All are available for purchase and come with care instructions for future use.
