THESE ARE THE STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL OF OUR ORDERS. ALL WORK UNDERTAKEN BY AT 350 SHALL BE ON THESE TERMS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY VARIED IN WRITING AND AGREED TO BY BOTH PARTIES PRIOR TO THE EVENT, DELIVERY OR PICK UP DATE.
BY BOOKING WITH AT 350, CUSTOMER AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
ALL OF OUR ORDERS REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT THAT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND DUE AT THE MOMENT OF BOOKING TO SECURE THE DATE.
THE REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY OR PICK UP DATE. IF CUSTOMER DOESN'T PAY REMAINING BALANCE 24 HOURS BEFORE DUE DATE, AT 350 WILL AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL THE ORDER WITH NO CHANCE OF RE-SCHEDULE.
ORDERS LARGER THAT A CERTAIN AMOUNT REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT AT THE MOMENT OF BOOKING.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS and RESCHEDULING
ANY CANCELLATION DUE TO OTHER MOTIVES WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF THE 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS BUT ARE WILLING TO RE-SCHEDULE ORDER TO A DIFFERENT DATE IF INFORMED AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE SCHEDULED DELIVERY/PICK UP DATE.
BOOKINGS
NO BOOKING WILL BE HELD WITHOUT PAYMENT OF AT LEAST 50% DEPOSIT.
TRAVEL SHIPPING
A TRAVEL FEE WILL APPLY FOR LOCATIONS THAT ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR PREFERRED LOCATIONS. CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN QUOTE IS PROVIDED.
SHIPPING
WE OFFER SHIPPING ON CERTAIN ITEMS. SHIPPING ESTIMATE IS CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY, WHICH WILL BE ADDED INTO QUOTE. IF FINAL SHIPPING FEE IS HIGHER THAN EXPECTED, CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED AND ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED ONLY WHEN DIFFERENCE IS RECEIVED AND TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED. ITEMS ARE PACKAGED TO ARRIVE TO DESTINATION AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE, HOWEVER, ONCE ORDER IS OUT OF OUR HANDS, AT 350 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING PACKAGE.
